About the Role

As our Go Vita Naturopath you will have the knowledge of vitamins, natural and nutritional products as well as an outstanding customer service focus to drive sales, growth and motivation. Your main responsibility will be working with the store manager and conducting customer-booking consultations for Natural Health. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to organising and providing private booking consultations on the floor for customers, maintaining the naturopathic stock and retail lines, processing sales, and customer service.

About You

• Exceptional knowledge of vitamins and nutritional products, with prior experience in retail vitamin sales.
• Self-motivated, proactive and sales driven, whilst making sure that customers are valued and receive professional advice and health solutions.
• Relevant qualifications in Natural Health/Naturopath are essential.
• Previous experience in retail sales, cash handling and EFTPOS transactions (preferred)
• Flexibility to work across a negotiable 7-day roster
