Tennant creek is a major service centre in the Northern Territory and offers the opportunity for you to gain broad and valuable experiences not on offer in most metropolitan areas. With all modern services and facilities, it combines the traditional friendliness of a small town with attractions aplenty in this pioneer environment. With a population of 3,500 the town is the major hub for the surrounding Barkly Region.
About the role:
A fantastic opportunity has now become available for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our business. This is a full-time role working on a set roster full trading hours, 5.5 days per week, Monday to Saturday.
The successful applicant will be a confident communicator able to build trust with the community and acting as the go-to local primary care specialist.
Some roles and responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
Advising on dispensary and OTC products
Suggesting therapeutic products to aid the health and well being of customers
PPI's, Medschecks, S2/S3 solution selling
Building and maintain relationships with customers
To be successful in the role, you must possess:
Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and current General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA
Clear and effective communication skills, with an attention to detail
Be able to lead and contribute to a dynamic team
Retail pharmacy industry experience
You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this role
