Go Vita Alice Springs is now seeking an Assistant Retail Manager to play a vital role in the team.

Reporting to the Retail Manager/Naturopath your main responsibilities will be to work closely with your team across: 

  • Sales
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Stock Management

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and understands and lives our culture and has a passion for health and wellness. As well as this, the following attributes, skills and qualifications will contribute to your success in the role:

  • Previous experience in retail sales, cash handling and EFTPOS transactions (preferred)
  • To be friendly and proactive in approaching and assisting customers
  • Willingness to work on the shop floor on a daily basis
  • Stock management experience (preferred)
  • An ability to empathise with customers, understand their needs and offer expert advice
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work  Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.
