About the Position: 

This is a full-time role in a fun, team-based working environment, where you will have the opportunity to take your career to the next level. 


You will be working closely with the Pharmacist Manager and will be responsible for leading and bringing to life United Chemist’s values in all aspects of the store operations.


About You:

If you have the drive and enthusiasm for achieving budget results through exceptional people management and leadership, as well as experience working in a dynamic Retail environment then this is the role for you. 


To be successful in applying for this opportunity, you will ideally possess the following:

  • Previous experience in a retail management role
  • Genuine passion for customer service with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Understanding of financial reports and cost control, including wages and shrinkage
  • Strong administration skills combined with strong people management skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading a large team with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • Willing to undergo further training and development
  •  Pharmacy industry knowledge and product knowledge- preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organisation in order to drive sales
  • Have strong computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment.
  • Confident with proven ability to reach sales targets
  • Ability to meet, drive and exceed KPI's for yourself, your team and the store.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and resolve issues as they arise
