About the Position: 

This is a full-time role in a fun, team-based working environment, where you will have the opportunity to take your career to the next level. 

 

In this role you will be working closely with the Pharmacist Manager and will be responsible for leading and bringing to life Priceline's values in all aspects of the store’s operations.

 

Key activities in your daily schedule include:

  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience in your store through your hands-on and inspiring leadership style.
  • Using your flair for visual merchandising to create appealing displays and maximise sales.
  • Driving sales and controlling store expenses ensuring profitable store operations.
  • Monitoring and driving the meeting of budgets and forecasts.

About You:

If you have the drive and enthusiasm for achieving budget results through exceptional people management and leadership, as well as experience working in a dynamic Retail environment then this is the role for you. 

 

To be successful in applying for this opportunity, you will ideally possess the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role, ideally within Pharmacy
  • Strong understanding of financial reports and cost control, including wages and shrinkage
  • Demonstrated experience leading a large team with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Genuine passion for retail, particularly in beauty, health and wellbeing products.
  • Have strong experience in managing and developing a successful team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organisation in order to drive sales.
  • Have strong computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment.
  • Proven ability to reach sales targets
  • Ability to meet, drive and exceed KPI's for yourself, your team and the store.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and resolve issues as they arise
  • Must be available to work weekend and weekday shifts
