About the Position:

An exciting opportunity has now become available for a self-motivated Pharmacy Assistant/Dispense Technician to join the team at United Chemists North Lakes on a full time capacity.  Working between dispensary and front of shop in this role you will be responsible for the processing of prescriptions together with stock control, dispensary administration and the provision of exceptional customer care that develops positive relationships with customers.

In addition, you are also responsible for:

• Assisting customers with general queries
• Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels
• Setting up displays for catalogue promotions
• Assisting in the dispensary with scripts in/out 

 About You:

A confident communicator, you will provide an exceptional level of customer service to assist our customers with their healthcare needs. With your positive attitude and high attention to detail, you will thrive in a team environment where no two days are the same.

To be successful in applying for this opportunity, you will ideally possess the following:

• Certificate III in Community Pharmacy and/or Dispensary Technician qualifications
• Previous experience working as a Pharmacy Assistant/Dispensary Technician
  
• Strong Pharmacy product knowledge including S2/S3 medications
• Excellent computer skills
• POS and dispense program knowledge (FRED Dispense ideal)
• Exceptional customer service skills- you will surprise and delight our customers every day.
• Reliable and enthusiastic work ethic
• Adaptability and willingness to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• A warm, approachable and empathetic nature
• Ability to show initiative and work with limited supervision
• Able to adapt to work in fast paced environment
