About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team at Denis Higgins Pharmacy. As the Pharmacist Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our busy Pharmacy and ensure that our customers receive the highest quality care. You will join a friendly and experienced team to provide exceptional and professional services to the community.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Pharmacy team to ensure the proper and efficient running of the dispensary.
• Ensure all Pharmacy operations comply with legal and professional standards.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering and stock control
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer's needs are met
• Provide clinical services such as medication reviews and vaccinations
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals in the local community
• Manage financial performance and ensure that the Pharmacy meets budgetary goals
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and improve customer engagement

About You

We are looking for a hands-on manager with an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude who can develop and inspire your team to meet the unique healthcare needs of every customer.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
• Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Registration
• Immunisation certification
• Retail Pharmacy industry experience
• Previous experience in a Pharmacy management role
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with patients and allied health professionals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Business acumen and a track record of driving results
• Ability to work as part of a small team and relate to a diverse range of people
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure
• Empathetic nature and understanding of people's needs
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
